80(128) File Locked. Another user has the file locked.
81(129) Out of File Handles. Increase FILES= in CONFIG.SYS and File Handles= in SHELL.CFG
82(130) No Open Privileges. Current users does not have open rights to file/directory.
83(131) Hard Disk I/O Error on Read. Network hard disk failure.
84(132) No Create Privileges. Current user does not have create rights to file/directory.
85(133) No Create/Delete Privileges. Current user does not have delete rights to file/directory.
86(134) Create File Exists Read Only. Attempt to overwrite a read only file.
87(135) Wildcards in Create File Name. Program made a call to create a file using wildcards.
88(136) Invalid File Handle. Program attempted to use an invalid file handle.
89(137) No Search Privileges. Current user does not have search rights to file/directory.
8A(138) No Delete Privileges. Current user does not have delete rights to file/directory.
