Professional Version (V2010, V2009, V12, V11, V10, V9, V8 & V7)

 

This occurs when the cmsRunin.dbf file reaches 32,768 records.  This file is used by the R&R report writer as a control file to pass parameters from Cougar to the reports.  After printing the report, it deletes the line but until the file is re-indexed or zapped with UTICMS, the records are still there.

The cmsRunin.dbf is in the Cougar program directory (eg. m:\cmswin).
